What’s Luminosity Masking?
Luminosity Masking is an advanced editing technique that’s widely used among the landscape photographer.
In this video, I’m going to explain in detail what’s Luminosity Masking, why is it so powerful and how to use the technique to recover an overexposed sky.
Also, I have created a Luminosity Masking Action Pack to ease you in creating all those Luminosity Masks. You can download the Action Pack here.
Installing GreyChow LM Action Pack
To install the action pack, please perform the following actions
Unzip the downloaded GreyChow LM Action Pack.zip file.
Double click on GreyChow LM Action Pack.atn file, this will automatically open up Photoshop and install the Action Pack.
To view the Action Pack. In Photoshop, go to Window > Actions.
